Seasons of Wright County photo contest: Have an eye for photography? One Grand Prize winner will
receive $100 courtesy of Ewing Funeral Home. 12 others will win $10 courtesy of Arnold Motor Supply
in Clarion and Eagle Grove. We are looking for photos showcasing Iowa in all its splendor!

The Red Hunter by Lisa Unger. Two women touched by tragedy, both dealing in their own way. One
woman seeks peace through home renovation and self-reinvention. The other trains in martial arts to
prepare for revenge. Both headed towards an unexpected meeting and linked unknowingly by a single

Anything is Possible by Elizabeth Strout. Successful New York writer Lucy Barton is going home. After
seventeen years she’s going back to her rural Illinois hometown. Family, reconciliation, and the
struggles of many small town inhabitants are all explored in this novel.

Blitzed: Drugs in the Third Reich by Norman Ohler. A new look at the habits of the Nazis reveals just how
deeply drugs were entrenched in the Third Reich. From factory workers and housewives to the upper
echelons of the government and military, drugs such as amphetamines and opiates played a surprisingly
large role.
