"Fat for Fuel" by Dr. Joseph Mercola, "Rich People Problems" by Kevin Kwan, "Gwendy’s Button Box" by Stephen King

"Seasons of Wright County photo contest: Have an eye for photography? One Grand Prize winner will receive $100 courtesy of Ewing Funeral Home. 12 others will win $10 courtesy of Arnold Motor Supply in Clarion and Eagle Grove. We are looking for photos showcasing Iowa in all its splendor!

New At The Library: 

"Fat for Fuel" by Dr. Joseph Mercola. This new book takes a look at the possibility of metabolism being linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. The focus for health is on a ketogenic diet low in carbs and high in healthy fats. Dr. Mercola purports this as a way to benefit all around health.

"Rich People Problems" by Kevin Kwan. When his grandmother is on her deathbed, Nicholas Young rushes to be by her side. However the rest of the extended family has the same idea and block Nicholas from the property. With prime real-estate and a sizeable inheritance up for grabs it’s everyone for themselves.

"Gwendy’s Button Box" by Stephen King. Castle Rock Maine in the summer of 1974 is where a heretofore untold story unfolds. One sunny day Gwendy Peterson meets a strange man dressed in black, with a black hat that will come to haunt her dreams.

Happening at The Library

Just a reminder we will be closed on Monday the 29 th for Memorial Day.

Little Lego Club. May 30 th from 5:30-6:00 pm. Kids 5 and under are welcome to come to the library for fun with Legos. Drop in and build whatever you can imagine!
