"Unbound" by Stuart Woods. Billy Barnett hasn’t always been a Hollywood film producer, he used to be CIA operative Teddy Fay. While taking time to travel and grieve after a personal tragedy, Billy winds up in Santa Fe with his old friends Stone Barrington and Ed Eagle. Billy looks to be recovering from his loss until fate puts the man who covered up the crime right in his path, a perfect position for revenge. Now Stone is in the middle of an escalating game of sabotage, trying to keep innocents out of the way and
casualties to a minimum.
"Endurance: A Year in Space, A Lifetime of Discovery" by Scott Kelly. Only one American holds the record for consecutive days spent in space, Scott Kelly. A former military fighter pilot, test pilot, engineer, astronaut, and U.S. Navy Captain, Kelly now adds author to the list of his many accomplishments. Kelly goes from his rough and tumble childhood in New Jersey to the inspiration for his career and into space and the challenges found in orbit. He describes not just the technical, but physical and mental
difficulties involved in long-term spaceflight. Kelly also discusses his hope for the future of space travel and his belief that humanity is going to Mars next.
