Am I Dying?! A Complete Guide to Your Symptoms-And What to do Next by Christopher Kelly and Marc Eisenberg.  Going to the doctor can be a bit daunting, and regardless of the symptoms, every patient just wants to know, “Am I dying?”  Physicians and health experts at Columbia University Irving Medical Center Christopher Kelly and Marc Eisenberg try to take some of the mystery and a lot of the fear out of thinking about your health.  That stuffy nose most likely isn’t cancer, and a headache is usually just a headache, but how can you tell when it is serious?  Dr. Kelly and Dr. Eisenberg go through the most common symptoms-from back pain to bloating-giving helpful and easy to understand advice.

Get Fit With Your Dog by Karen Sullivan.  Humans aren’t the only ones who occasionally need a little help with weight loss, our four-legged friends do too.  Looking at the dangers of an unhealthy lifestyle for humans and dogs, this book offers a path from fat to fit for you and your dog to take together.  With a side-by-side exercise and diet plan, you and your best friend and workout partner can drop pounds and enjoy a healthier and longer life. 

Keto Living Day by Day by Kristie H. Sullivan.  Offering a real-world approach to low-carb/keto dieting and an approachable and sensible philosophy and techniques, Keto Living Day by Day can help you start to use the keto template to begin your weight loss journey.  Starting with an easy to understand breakdown of just what a keto diet is and the nutritional science behind it, the book then moves on to examples of what you may need to look for out in the world.  In the second section, there is a daily guide to help you plan your diet day-by-day.   Finishing the book off are more than 130 easy keto recipes, designed for minimal effort and maximum taste.
