Summer Reading Program 2020

Clarion Library Summer Reading Club 2020

This year's summer reading club will look a little different than usual, since we all need to be flexible in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.

To ensure a fantastic program, we generally plan for summer reading months in advance.

Since we don't know when gathering restrictions will end, this summer we are planning a virtual program.

Step 1: Register online or fill out the paper registration form included

in the welcome packet and leave in our book drop.

Please make sure to register by June 21 so we have enough prizes for everyone in the club.

Step 2: Pick up a welcome packet that includes a Summer Reading Bingo sheet

and other fun activities outside the library starting June 11.

Step 3: Begin your summer reading using the Summer Reading Bingo sheet you

receive in your welcome packet.

Step 4: Follow Clarion Iowa Public Library on Facebook to see our weekly activity

postings.  Every Thursday we will have a new packet of fun activities to grab and go

outside the library.

Step 5: Keep doing fun reading activities on the Summer Reading Bingo sheet until

July 31.

Step 6: Starting August 3, you can bring your completed Summer Reading Bingo

sheet into the library in exchange for a prize!
